Privacy Policy
Last updated September 24, 2026
B2Bmine (“we”, “us”) runs a free, real-time feed of dropped internet domains. We collect very little personal data: the email address you sign in with, an optional name, and what we need to keep you signed in. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, who processes it on our behalf, and how you can access or delete it.
1. Who we are
B2Bmine is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us about anything privacy-related at contact@b2bmine.com.
2. What we collect
| Data | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Email address | When you request a sign-in link | To send you the sign-in link, identify your account and, after your first sign-in, send product updates (see section 5). |
| Name (optional) | If you enter it on the sign-in form | To personalise emails and the app header. |
| Account dates | On sign-in | We record when your account was created and when you last signed in, to operate and secure the service. |
| Session cookie | After you sign in | Keeps you signed in. See section 4. |
| IP address | When you request a sign-in link | Held briefly in server memory to rate-limit sign-in requests and prevent abuse. It is not written to our user records. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested page) for security. |
We do not use analytics trackers, advertising cookies, or third-party pixels, and we do not process payment details — B2Bmine is free.
3. Why we are allowed to use it
- Providing the service you asked for (contract): sending sign-in links, keeping you signed in, and showing the feed.
- Legitimate interests: preventing abuse of the sign-in form and keeping the service secure.
- Product emails: we send these because you created an account; you can opt out at any time and we will stop. Where the law of your country requires consent for such emails, we rely on the consent you give when you create your account.
5. Emails and our mailing list
When you sign in for the first time, we add your email address (and name, if given) to our mailing list so we can send occasional product updates about B2Bmine. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email contact@b2bmine.com and we will remove you. Unsubscribing does not affect your ability to sign in; sign-in links are always sent because you requested them.
7. Domain and company data in the feed
The feed is built from publicly available sources: registry and third-party lists of deleted domain names, the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine, and — where enabled — company funding data from Crunchbase. We do not collect WHOIS registrant details. The feed is about domain names and companies, not individuals.
If you believe the feed contains information about you that should be removed or corrected, email contact@b2bmine.com and we will review it promptly.
8. How long we keep data
- Account records (email, name, account dates): until you ask us to delete your account.
- Sign-in links: valid for 15 minutes and usable once; the record that a link was used is deleted once it expires.
- Session cookie: up to 30 days, or until you sign out.
- Mailing list entry: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Rate-limiting data: kept in memory for at most 10 minutes and never written to disk.
- Domain feed entries: removed automatically after 14 days.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your account and data;
- object to or restrict certain processing, including product emails;
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@b2bmine.com from the address associated with your account. We will respond within 30 days. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising their privacy rights.
10. Security
There are no passwords to leak: you sign in with single-use links that expire after 15 minutes. Session cookies are cryptographically signed, HTTP-only and sent over HTTPS in production. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect so there is little to expose. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact contact@b2bmine.com.
11. Children
B2Bmine is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above. For significant changes we will also notify account holders by email. See also our Terms of Service.
Email us at contact@b2bmine.com. We reply within a few business days.
