Terms of Service
Last updated September 24, 2026
These terms govern your use of B2Bmine, a free service that lists recently dropped domain names and related public information. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use B2Bmine.
1. The service
B2Bmine collects lists of domain names that registries have recently deleted, filters them for technology-related names, and adds context such as Wayback Machine history and, where available, historical company funding. The service is currently free. We may add, change or remove features, or suspend or discontinue the service, at any time.
B2Bmine is not a domain registrar or backorder service. Links to registrars, WHOIS lookups, the Wayback Machine or Crunchbase take you to third-party websites that have their own terms.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account.
- Sign in with an email address you control. Anyone with access to your inbox can sign in as you, so keep it secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at contact@b2bmine.com if you believe it has been misused.
- You can stop using B2Bmine at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing contact@b2bmine.com.
3. Accuracy of the data — please read
Everything in the feed is compiled automatically from third-party and public sources. We do not manually verify it, and it can be wrong. In particular:
- A listed domain may already have been re-registered, backordered, or restored by its previous owner. A listing is not a guarantee that a domain is available.
- Drop dates reflect when a domain appeared on a source list and may differ from the registry's actual deletion time.
- Web history comes from the Internet Archive and only shows what it happened to capture. A missing history does not mean a site never existed.
- Funding information is matched by website address and may belong to a different company, be out of date, or be incomplete. Company status (for example “closed”) may be inaccurate.
- Scores are automated estimates, not appraisals or investment advice.
Always confirm availability, history, ownership and funding yourself before buying a domain, making an offer, or contacting anyone. You rely on the data at your own risk.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- send unsolicited messages to people or companies you find through B2Bmine in breach of anti-spam or data protection laws (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR or CASL) — you are solely responsible for your outreach;
- register, buy or use a domain in a way that infringes someone else's trademark or other rights, or in bad faith;
- overload, disrupt or attack the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or bypass rate limits or access controls;
- scrape or bulk-download the feed by automated means beyond ordinary personal use of the site and its public endpoints, or resell or republish the feed as a competing dataset;
- use B2Bmine for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
5. Third-party data and services
B2Bmine relies on data and services from third parties, including domain drop list providers, the Internet Archive, Crunchbase and TrueEmailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for ICANN, any domain registry or registrar, or these providers. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Domain names shown in the feed may be trademarks of others; showing them does not imply any right to use them.
6. Intellectual property
The B2Bmine name, website design, software, scoring and compilation of the feed belong to us. Underlying facts, such as the fact that a domain was deleted, are not owned by us. You may use the feed for your own business purposes in line with these terms, but you may not copy the site or redistribute the feed in bulk.
7. No warranty
B2Bmine is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of — or inability to use — B2Bmine or any data it shows, including decisions to buy, sell or not buy a domain or to contact any person or company.
Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim relating to B2Bmine is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your outreach to people or companies, or your registration or use of any domain.
10. Termination
You may stop using B2Bmine at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections 3 and 7–10 continue to apply after termination.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, including adding your email to our mailing list when you create an account.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify account holders by email. Continuing to use B2Bmine after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
13. General
These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about B2Bmine. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of B2Bmine is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country provide otherwise. Questions about these terms: contact@b2bmine.com.
